Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, so I therefore respectfully ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you provide less than 24 hours notice of cancelling your appointment for any reason including illness or if you fail to turn up to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your intended treatment/s before booking any another future appointments. I’ll send you an invoice with and bank details in order for you to complete a bank transfer.
If you’ve already made future appointment(s) these will be frozen until you have completed the bank transfer. You will have until 3 days before the next appointment is due to pay the invoice. If the missed appointment is not paid for by then all future appointments will be canceled and made available to someone else.
